The ghosts hear a newcomer coming Down in the Doom of the Dead The shadow of the silvery moon Looks down in sorrow and pity He hears the frightened, shattered whimper Down in the Doom of the Dead The newcomer’s footsteps ring out in the darkness Thud,Thud,Thud He puts one foot in the hollow Down in the Doom of the Dead He takes one step and another The ghosts begin to laugh A blood chilling, bone chilling, evil laugh Down in the Doom of the Dead Down in the depths of the underworld Damp, Dark and Dead.
