SCHOOL CALENDAR ARTIST COMPETITION

Dear Pupils (and parents),

The PTFA is going to produce a school calendar, which runs from September 2008 until December 2009, and we need your help with the artwork to go against each month.

Over Easter, can you draw for us a picture which says what each month means to you? The artwork will be judged and the winners will be printed in the calendar, which will be on sale to parents, family and friends later in the summer term.

We need artwork for 16 months so we are asking each class to draw a picture for each month, as follows:

6C September

6H October

5C November

4C December

4H January

3C February

3H March

2C April

2H May

1C June

1H July

RC August

RH September

N1 October

N2 December

As 5C is the largest class in school, we will choose two winners for November!

Your picture needs to:

  1. Be A4 size
  2. Landscape not portrait
  3. In black and white (as it will be photocopied in black and white)
  4. Include your first name and class in the bottom right hand corner

Please send your entry into school by Friday 11th April 2008 so that judging can take place (by My Ayres and Jan, the caretaker). Any entries after that date will not be considered, sorry.
