The Garden Gang!

Following a successful bid for funding to the ‘Bayleaf project’, and generous support from the Hollybush garden centre, our main quad is being transformed. Whilst maintaining many of the essential features donated by The Hollybush at its millennium makeover, the quad is set to become an area where pupils can get involved growing their own fruit and vegetables as well as flowers.

Following initial input from Mrs Black, the new design has been masterminded by Mrs Greensill and Mrs Slym. Last Monday all our classroom teaching assistants donned wellies and garden gloves to speed the transformation. Our grateful thanks go to everyone involved in the project which will make learning about healthy eating and exercise lots more fun.
