The Juniors get House points and Merit Badges. Infants get "Headteacher Award" Stickers.

Y1 Toy Projects get the Headteacher’s Award

The juniors get House Points awarded for good work, behaviour and other special achievements. Once they have 20+ housepoints over time, they are awarded a merit badge and congratulated in a whole school Friday assembly.

The Infants need  something more immediate .

Thus the "Headteacher’s Award" sticker.
