The new COOP store in Cheslyn Hay has broken all expectations with at a turnover of £125,000 a month. The store has between 800-1000 customers a day.

The busiest days are Wednesday and Saturday when people buy their lottery tickets,

21 people work in the store under the new manager , Duncan, who has only been in the store for 4 months.

COOP managers are moved around every 12 months.

On lottery nights there have been complaints about the size of the car park which is not big enough.

Some customers have "double parked" meaning that other people have been boxed in.

The biggest problem the store has is shoplifting and scanners not reading bar codes.
