On Monday 31st March 2003. Antony Kinnear from Cheslyn Hay High School was on he's paper round delivering down to number 47 rosemary road. After Delivering the paper, he walked up to his NEW bike he was about 1.5 meters away, when a kid about 16-18 jumped on his bike and covered his face with his cap and peddled as fast as he could up rosemary. Antony described the clothes that the bike stealer was wearing. He was wearing a white jacket with a white T-shirt and navy blue trousers with a white strip going down on both sides .He was also wearing a blue cap.
