Mrs White was fed up with waiting for the cistern in the female cloakrooms to fill up. The water flow was very slow.

In order to speed it up she bent the ballcock in the cistern. It worked but better than she realised!

Later that day when a boy needed some ice Mrs chave went into the medical room and saw that the whole area was under water! And then when she served the boy his ice she had to change her shoes.

Mr Tibbetts had to tie up the ballcock with string to stop the water flooding out.

Meanwhile a big mopping up operation was underway!
