1. Have you any plans for 2002?

Yes at the end of this year we will have computers, 3 printers and some scanners.

2.When did the computers launch?

Two years ago, after the other library.

3.who’s idea was it to get the computers?

It was the council’s idea.

4. What was the limit of the staff library?

No more than two.

5. How many other schools have visited this library?
Glenthorn has class visits and so do we Cheslyn Hay Primary).

6.When were it first found out that members could rent out videos?
Two years ago.

7.Before the member card what was used to borrow books?
You needed one card for every book.

8.what age would someone need to be to work in the library?
No younger than 16.

9.How long has the library been open for the public?
37 years and it was opened Mr. Edmonds the local vicar and Miss Macdonald with the council.

10.When is it the library’s birthday?

September 1964.

11.Why do you have to get permission from parents to borrow a teenage book?

You need to get special permission from parents if you are younger than 16 because the book is not suitable for under 16’s.

12. What is your favorite book in the library?

Jane Oustin because I’m interested in history and she wrote her books 200 years ago about life.

13. Who works in the library and how long have you worked here for?
Evelyn Slater 14 years and Sharon.
