We would like to say a very big well done to Jack Smith who recently helped save his mom's life. Jack Smith with a certificate of achievement Jack who is only 5, found his mom unconscious on the floor. Jack telephoned his dad who was at work to say that his mom was unconscious, so his dad called for the ambulance.
