Afternoon and Evening Activities
Groups A,B and C get "Driven up the wall!"
Briefing took place at the stone circle safety being the key issue. This is one event where the wellbeing of the climber is in the hands of the team.

The procedure before every climb. The black is said by the climber, the blue by the team mates on the end of the rope. (The rope also passes through a mechanical device which ensures that the rope can not slip and the climber unable to fall.)

Laura abseils down to earth again.
All the teams managed three faces of the tower, face three being the most difficult. Project: design a parachute in your teams that will work so well that an egg can be carried to the ground without breaking!
Paper string and tape the only materials allowed to be used

Wednesday is the trip out for Y6 while Y5 continue with activities.
